AGATA DANIEL
Co-Founder & Managing Director
Agata is passionate about finding the right home, for herself as well as for her international clients moving into Mozambique. Constantly keeping her network of landlords and tenants up to date, she tours Maputo tirelessly to find her incoming clients the perfect match. She is the go-to contact for a number of international Relocation agencies without contact on the ground. Agata speaks Portuguese, English and French and can get around in Italian too!
DAVID THIERRY
Co-Founder
David grew up in France but has lived in four different countries. He arrived in Maputo in 2011, originally serving as a consultant on various assignments. From 2014-2019 we was a manager in the downstream petroleum logistics sector. David co-founded Belleville in 2018 with a goal to participate in the construction of the Maputo of tomorrow and to open it up to a wider range of Real estate investors. David has extensive experience advising and managing companies in Mozambique, mainly in the Oil & Gas sector. He is now the branch manager of a renowned international removals and logistics firm. He speaks English, French, Portuguese and Spanish.
SYLVAIN TOUATI

Based in the Qatar over the last 10 years, I have helped large and medium-size corporations involved in Infrastructure, Utilities, Security and Tech to develop their business portfolio in the Middle East and Sub-Saharan Africa.
